In the spirit of the day of green, here's a quick and healthy green smoothie that may help balance out the overload of coffee that gets you through the week. 2 frozen bananas 1 cup baby spinach... 1/2 avocado 1 teaspoon vanilla 1215 fresh mint leaves 1 1/2 cups milk (or non-dairy milk alternative) Add all ingredients, in the order listed above, to a high-speed blender.
