We are looking forward to another Insulation installation on a beautiful custom home in Whistler. Big enough to serve small enough to care

As you can see below, the h vac ducting, air conditioning, etc...has been wrapped with R20 fibreglass Insulation. The reason? This is a fairly new rule that the building code requires as we get closer to building air tight structures. Conditioned space in exterior attics are becoming a requirement to house the air handlers, furnaces, etc. So if youre planning your next custum build, make sure to make allowances for this, so you wont be caught by surprise.
