Ken Biggs painted this painting and says: "The painting is the result of a photo excursion I was on coming back from my brother's in Port Sydney. Again, I love ...to take the back ways and stop and photograph anything that makes me pause. The locks always interested me so I pulled in hoping a boat would be going through them. That was not the case that day but as I wandered the north end this composition caught my eye. I took a photo and painted it, maybe a week later, in my studio." Our show Surviving Cabin Fever II continues until October 28 at Partner's Hall, Algonquin Theatre. Catherine Luce displays this entry where she writes: "Searc...hing" is a dreamscape that was inspired by an interesting face like rock formation at Limberlost Forest during a hike there.
