Finally after holding back WIP shots of this, i can reveal my (ahem) late Secret Santa gift for my friend @x2painting in our community The Painting Lodge. Painted in an exercise of colour restraint of just Yellow, Magenta, Turquoise, Phalo Green and Red Ochre. It was a blast and a wonderful progress to go through, and also to be done not for myself. This was also my first time painting a background to accompany the work and help this illustration style further.
