In an effort to ensure that I have the knowledge necessary to ensure safety of my customers I have taken a course on Covid-19 disinfection and sanitation for barbers and shops

I just received a call from Jeff LaFrance, agent of Public Safety accusing me of operating my barber shop. My shop has been closed since last Thursday at 4 pm. ...He claimed that on Sunday my shop was open. If people are so concerned about my shop, best take a double look, I live in the same building that my shop is in, and we use the shop entrance to come and go. I take great insult with the call that was made, and the accusation given, when he called he asked if I was open and I said no, and explained that the province was under an emergency order and all barbers were closed, he then said well your sign is on, and I asked what sign, he stated your Lancaster barber shop sign, indicating my Neon sign that has been on for 27 years. If Public Safety has nothing better to do then accuse innocent people of crimes, then they better spend the resources elsewhere. Maybe using the resources to round up criminals instead of looking at the real law abiding citizens, would be a better use of Mr. LaFrances time and efforts. End of rant, not a happy customer, pardon the pun.

Yes we are still open regular hours. We ask if you are not feeling well please come see us at a later date. We are following all the required sanitation procedures, and proper hygiene. We will evaluate our situation on a daily basis and provide updates as things change.
