In these phone-scam versions, the operator which will likely identify as working for a health unit will state you are likely to have been in close proximity to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, meaning you now need to self-isolate for 7 days and take a COVID-19 test. A test they can conveniently sell you by credit card. They may state penalties if you do not comply.
