Today’s highlight was this gesture of customer thanks to our Essential Service Task Force. Our Drop N’ Go No Contact Service is available to protect customers and employees alike.

An Important Notice About COVID-19 Due to COVID-19, our employees are practicing social distancing, between each other and our customers. We are limiting face to face contact with customers and each other to minimize the exposure to the virus. For those customers who are recently returning from outside Canada, please observe Health Canada’s guidance on self-quarantine for fourteen days. Entering our building puts you and our employees at risk of contracting the virus.... We recommend: 1. Upon arrival at Mills Motors, park your vehicle in a parking space across from the Service drive through doors. 2. Write your vehicle repair or maintenance concerns on a vehicle drop off form, found co-located with the key drop box in front of our Service drive through doors. (You can also email us in advance at [email protected].) 3. Place your key in the vehicle drop off envelope, write your name and best contact phone number on the front and drop the envelope in the box. Our Service team will look after your vehicle concerns efficiently and safely. Of course, we don’t perform any work on your vehicle without speaking to you first. We will disinfect your key, door handles, steering wheel and put plastic on the driver’s seat before we work on your vehicle and again when we are finished. Thanks for doing your part to flatten the curve of the COVID-19!

Here are the steps we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees: Increased cleaning and sanitization protocol throughout the dealership, including frequent cleaning of high-touch surface areas, counter tops, door handles etc. Hand sanitization stations are available throughout the dealership and in high traffic areas.... Vehicles (and keys) available for customer test drives will be thoroughly sanitized before and after each use. Encouraged employees to follow government of Canada suggestions to self-isolate if experiencing symptoms, or if returning from recent travel in high-risk countries. Finally, if you find yourself in our dealership and no one shakes your hand, it is not because we don’t love you. It’s because we do!
