If you have an in-person appointment at the clinic, be advised that when you arrive you are going to be screened at the door. Please allow staff to complete the screening process by asking you the required questions mandated by the government. We are screening everyone to keep both staff and patients safe. We understand this is frustrating and inconvenient. We appreciate your co-operation in this matter.

You may remember seeing a post about Patient Satisfaction Surveys being emailed out in December. We thank you to those who have completed it. Since then, we have collected more email addresses and we have sent the survey again. Thank you for your participation!

With the cooler weather and anticipated demand, we’ve made a few adjustments to how we deliver #COVID19 testing in #RenfrewCounty. Beginning Sep 13, drive-thru ...testing will be done at 5 fixed #RenfrewCounty locations (with adequate shelter for our team), 5 days a week, 4 to 6 hours per day. Important change: You must call VTAC at 1-844-727-6404 to schedule a #COVID19 test beforehand. As always, we will continue to monitor the needs of each individual community.

Tuesday, September 8, 2020 is the first day of school for most at Valour and St. Francis. We kindly ask that if you are dropping your child/children off that you do not park in our parking lot as we need those spots for staff and patients. Thank you for your cooperation.
