Revision breast surgery can be complex but it can also be some of the most rewarding work we do and change our patient’s lives! This patient underwent a breast augmentation 15 years ago and wasn’t happy with how her breasts have aged. The left breast was larger than the right, the nipples were asymmetric in size, shape and position, and she wanted to go down in size overall to better suit her frame. @draustin_prs downsized her implants and repaired her implant capsules t...o maintain her cleavage despite the downsizing.
