COVID 19 Update: We will continue to have a closed door policy as we move further along stage 3. This means we are not allowing individuals into the clinic to attend their pets' examinations or to pick up medications and food. We appreciate that owners would prefer to be present for their pets' examination by the veterinarian but safety of our staff, as well as yours, remains our top priority. We have a small staff number and as such, we are our " bubble". We don't have the c...apacity to have cohort teams to provide care which means that if a team member were to contract COVID, we will be forced to close for 2 weeks. We are limited in the physical space within the clinic to provide adequate safe distancing. This means, when we allow people inside, there will be limitations to the number of appointments we can schedule which will ultimately lead to longer wait times for appointments. Currently, staff are able to move freely in the clinic, providing help wherever it's needed and can examine/care for more patients in a day. Hopefully, as positive cases for COVID remain low, we can move forward to seeing people back in the clinic.
