New quilt in the works!

My eyes are tired from two days of (well supervised) tiny stitch portraits. Today will be a quilting day!

Right. Because where else would she be.

Now on to a little bit of Stitch Portrait design!

Isn’t it lovely? There are over 1100 scraps of fabric on here, each a small piece of some other project. This is a quilt with stories to tell. It’s heavy, like a weighted blanket, like wrapping yourself in a hug. This one is staying with me. And if you don’t mind, I might just pause for a little nap under it right now. Sweet dreams.

My quilt binding is on, final photos (hopefully) tomorrow. Now, on to Stitch Portrait designing after I take a few minutes to organize my people floss! Thanks to Cathy at @yarnitcobourg for helping me stock up!
