A little Monday motivation from Gabby Daleman! She stopped by our Off Ice Jump Class for STARSkaters session with Janice Morgan last week and we asked her how she deals with having bad days at the rink. In tough times like these, it's important to remind ourselves to find the good in a bad day or situation. Thank you Gabby for these words of advice! #SkateOntarioProud #MondayMotivation We are offering some great Coach/Skater Educational Opportunities Series sessions in the month of February, register for one today: https://skateontario.org/coach-skater-educational-opportun/
