As I scroll thru some past time posts of dozens & dozens specials of the week it reminds me that creating is a big part of our craft. This is easier said than done, considering that our offerings are already vast and versatile. Daily 12-16 different cakes and desserts, 12-14 varieties of croissants, 24 varieties of chocolates and truffles, 18 varieties of chocolate confections, 8 varieties of cookies, hostess gifts, chocolate boxes and last but not least our ever expanding Blak line.
