They bring you "Wonder"~To admire, to feel the joy, to gasp with Awww and to just "Be there". We baked some chocalate chip cookies with friends and our Childcare Centre families. Thank you to everyone for taking the time to indulge in this experience with your children. I hope the stirring, mixing measuring and in between lickings:)created a joyful and delicious memory. Just thrilled to see the enthusiasm and happy pictures Thank you for joining us.

Stress levels are high. Anxiety is high. Emotions are high. For both you and your child. What a beautiful day at the park today! We also saw a red crested pileated woodpecker and the way it pecked on the wood with big loud sound...literally a hammer and it could not go unnoticed.

Happy Valentines Day! Though the meaning of Valentine does not emerge in the little ones at this age they had a great time practising glue sticks and paper mache glue+ water textures. Some made more than three cards and some were done making one:) Have a great weekend. We open Tuesday.

Wishing all my families and friends a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Hope you all have a very relaxing family time. Thank you for taking the time to be here with the children. Last week this little development happened. I captured it with the hope that my toddlers have stepped onto a new milestone for exploring around loose parts. Play that is unstructured in certain ways but also ties the possibility of their ever favorite Cars to go around those trees and rocks( red rocks:)

Outdoors are important so that you don't miss learning opportunities like this. On the wire were pigeons and one was white. The conversation led into colors and numbers and how thankful we were to see pigeons rather than crows that were uprooting our lawns lately:)

We finally had our Big Little Fox Run last Friday.The energy , the spirit and the enthusiasm was unbeatable. I am so proud of these little runners. Enjoy the pictures! I am humbled and grateful for all the Donations. I had around $200 in my mind as a goal but I am happy to say that we have reached around $300 mark in one week.
